- Fluency in Russian, and English languages.
- Expertise in one or more of the following fields: Data Science/Analytics, Marketing, Business management, or related fields.
- Expertise in PowerBI, MS Excel, or Python.
- Proficiency in digital tools like PowerPoint and Meta/Google.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a digital trainer.
- Deep understanding of practical AI applications.
- Knowledge of modern digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to adapt technical concepts for various audiences.
- PMP®, IPMA®, ACCA, CFA®, FRM®, or other relevant certificates are highly valued.
